External Morphology Characteristics

The wings are predominantly grayish-brown in color. White band on the hindwing is distinctive. Additionally, on the upper side of the forewing towards the apex, there is a black spot.

Behavior

It often stays on the ground. When it lands, it keeps its wings closed. It rarely feeds on nectar.

Habitat

Warm and dry meadows with bushes. Elevations: 0-1600m.
