External Morphology Characteristics
The upper side and underside of the both wings are dark. Males are even a bit darker. In the apex of the forewing there is a black spot with two white dots. On the hindwing in submarginal zone, there is a series of small spots.
Behavior
Often rests on rocks.

Habitat
Grassland on the slopes and rocky terrains. Elevations: >1500m.
