External Morphology Characteristics
The upper side of the forewing is brown with orange markings and a black spot in the apex. The hindwing is brown with a series of black spots edged with orange. There is a series of rounded spots on the underside of the hindwing. The spots in zones S2, S3 and S6 are larger.
It often rests on stones and the ground.

Grassland on the slopes and rocky terrains. Elevations: 0-1600m.
