External Morphology Characteristics
The upper side of the wings is brown-blue with orange and white spots. The marginal zone of the hindwing’s upper side is bluish. In the submarginal zone there is a series of elongated orange spots. The marginal zone of the underside of the hindwing is blue with a black line in the middle. In the postdiscal zone there is a series of orange markings. In the center of each marking there is a black spot.
Behavior
Imago feeds with juices on moist ground.

Habitat
Woodland and woodland clearances. Elevations: 200-1100m.
