External Morphology Characteristics

The underside of the wings is reddish-brown and upper side is dark-brown. There are 3 series of white spots. The series of white spots in the middle of the underside of the hindwing appears as a white band because the veins are also white, creating a continuous white appearance.

Behavior

It often rests in elevated places like bushes.

Edges of wet woodlands and bushes. Elevations: 0-800m.
