External Morphology Characteristics

There is a dark stripe in submarginal zone of the forewing. The veins on the underside of the wings are dark. On the hindwing’s submarginal zone, there is a bluish stripe with reddish spots. Additionally, the anal angle contains a red and a blue spot. The hindwing has a dark tail.

Behavior

While feeding on the nectar of the flower, it flaps the wings.

Habitat

Common on the flowering vegetation of meadows, bushes, and trees. From gardens to wild nature.  Elevations: 0-1700m.
