External Morphology Characteristics
The upper side of the wings is mostly white, but it has a dark tip at the apex. The dark tip is not symmetrical and looks more like an irregular rhomboid. Females have two dark spots on the upper side of the forewing, while males only have a weak spot, which is sometimes not present at all. On the underside of the forewing, there are no dark spots in females. However, in males, there might be a weak one or two that are almost invisible. The underside of the hindwing has a yellowish color, with the grey scales being more prominent in both the basal and discal zones.

Imago feeds with nectar of various flowers.
