External Morphology Characteristics
The wings have a brown coloration, and the hindwing’s underside has prominent veins. Furthermore, there is a large elliptical dark spot with two white dots located at the apex.
Behavior
Imago feeds with nectar of various flowers.

Family Poaceae.
Habitat
Grassland on the rocky terrains with bushes. Elevations: 0-1200m.

Proterebia afra dalmata (Godart, 1824) is endemic subspecies in Croatia.
