External Morphology Characteristics
The wings are orange-brown. The upper side of the wings has a wide dark border with a dark spot at the apex. Additionally, the hindwing’s underside has a brighter postdiscal zone that is sharply and contrastingly separated from the discal zone. Males have darkening in the discal zone on the forewing’s upper side.
It often rests on the ground.
