External Morphology Characteristics
There is a dark tail on the hindwing. The upper side of both wings is brown in color. On the hindwing’s postdiscal zone there is a series of white markings. On the underside of the hindwing, the white markings have the distinctive shape of the letter W. The orange spots on the hindwing’s S1-S4 zones are almost merged. Additionally, there is a small bluish dark spot in the S1 zone.

Behavior
When not flying it keeps its wings closed. It often feeds on the nectar of shrub flowers.
