External Morphology Characteristics
On the hindwing there is a short tail with a dark spot next to it. In males, the upper side of wings is blue with a thin and dark border. Females have a dark upper side of the wings with a bluish glare in the basal zone.
Behavior
It often rests on leaves and low plants.
Larval host-plants
Coronilla varia and Galega officinalis.
Habitat
Edges of forests and bushes. Elevations: 0-1000m.
